You have a strong understanding of the professional audiovisual integration sector (videoconferencing, connected meeting rooms, audio and video distribution and capture, home automation, room booking systems, etc.) and are recognized for your customer-oriented mindset, responsiveness, and ability to resolve technical issues on client sites. With a team of 34 employees, the company designs, deploys, and maintains audiovisual solutions for a demanding and prestigious professional clientele (luxury watchmaking, banking and finance, international institutions, etc.), as well as for high-end hospitality and residential environments.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Audiovisual Support Technician (M/F) to strengthen our Support Department, dedicated to the maintenance and technical assistance of our clients.

I. Your main responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of the Support Department, you ensure the proper operation of audiovisual installations at client sites and guarantee a high level of service quality.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance on audiovisual installations at client sites.
  • Carry out corrective maintenance in the event of incidents or malfunctions.
  • Diagnose hardware and software faults (audio, video, control systems, AV networks).
  • Carry out on-site interventions and, where applicable, remote support.
  • Test, replace, or reconfigure faulty equipment.
  • Ensure rapid restoration of service with a high level of responsiveness.
  • Support and assist users in the operation of their equipment.
  • Guarantee an excellent level of customer service and represent the company’s image at client sites.
  • Ensure proper reporting of client interventions (tickets, reports, service summaries).
  • Update and maintain client technical documentation.
  • Work closely with technical and project teams.

II. Required qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of audiovisual integration in professional environments (videoconferencing, audio/video distribution and capture, home automation, control systems).
  • Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in audiovisual installation, technical support, and maintenance.
  • Strong service mindset, excellent client relationship skills, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Collaborative, rigorous, and methodical approach.
  • Proficiency with professional tools and equipment.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical incidents.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills in line with technological advancements.
  • Valid driving license required.
  • A completed qualification in electrotechnics, audiovisual systems, or home automation is a strong asset.
