You have several years of experience in audiovisual project management and a strong knowledge of the professional audiovisual integration sector (videoconferencing, building automation, audio and video capture and broadcasting, room booking systems, specialized furniture, etc.).

Founded in Geneva in 2013 and backed by a strong, fast-growing team of 34 employees, Hi Technologies designs, deploys and maintains audiovisual solutions on a daily basis for demanding, prestigious clients (luxury watchmaking, banking and finance, international institutions, etc.).

To support our continued growth, we are looking to add a Project Manager to our Technical department, responsible for end-to-end management of audiovisual integration projects for our professional clients.

I. Your key responsibilities with us:

• Understand the project’s technical and functional requirements.
• Full management and ownership of approved client projects:
  • Coordinate the installation of audiovisual equipment on site, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Contribute to defining project specifications in collaboration with the client and the sales team.
  • Develop detailed schedules by identifying the key project milestones.
  • Manage the resources required to deliver the project.
  • Maintain regular communication with the client.
  • Manage change requests and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to select the appropriate audiovisual equipment based on project needs.
  • Supervise the technical teams involved in the projects under your responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate and complete project documentation (review of system schematics produced by our Design Office, progress reports

II. The profile we are looking for:

• Experience managing audiovisual projects in a professional environment (minimum 3 years).
• In-depth knowledge of audiovisual equipment and the various suppliers.
• Excellent internal communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• English level C1
