To support our continued growth, we are looking to add a Project Manager to our Technical department, responsible for end-to-end management of audiovisual integration projects for our professional clients.

I. Your key responsibilities with us:

Understand the project’s technical and functional requirements.
Full management and ownership of approved client projects:
- Coordinate the installation of audiovisual equipment on site, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Contribute to defining project specifications in collaboration with the client and the sales team.
- Develop detailed schedules by identifying the key project milestones.
- Manage the resources required to deliver the project.
- Maintain regular communication with the client.
- Manage change requests and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with suppliers to select the appropriate audiovisual equipment based on project needs.
- Supervise the technical teams involved in the projects under your responsibility.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation (review of system schematics produced by our Design Office, progress reports

II. The profile we are looking for:

Experience managing audiovisual projects in a professional environment (minimum 3 years).
In-depth knowledge of audiovisual equipment and the various suppliers.
Excellent internal communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Ability to work as part of a team and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
Valid driver’s license required.
English level C1
