With a team of 34 employees, the company designs, deploys, and maintains audiovisual solutions for a demanding and prestigious professional clientele (luxury watchmaking, banking and finance, international institutions, etc.), as well as for high-end hospitality and residential environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an <strong>Audiovisual Support Technician (M\/F)<\/strong> to strengthen our <strong>Support Department<\/strong>, dedicated to the maintenance and technical assistance of our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I. Your main responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reporting to the <strong>Head of the Support Department<\/strong>, you ensure the proper operation of audiovisual installations at client sites and guarantee a high level of service quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Daily responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  \n  <li>Perform <strong>preventive maintenance<\/strong> on audiovisual installations at client sites.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Carry out <strong>corrective maintenance<\/strong> in the event of incidents or malfunctions.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Diagnose hardware and software faults (audio, video, control systems, AV networks).<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Carry out on-site interventions and, where applicable, remote support.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Test, replace, or reconfigure faulty equipment.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Ensure rapid restoration of service with a high level of <strong>responsiveness<\/strong>.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Support and assist users in the operation of their equipment.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Guarantee an excellent level of <strong>customer service<\/strong> and represent the company\u2019s image at client sites.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Ensure proper reporting of client interventions (tickets, reports, service summaries).<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Update and maintain client technical documentation.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Work closely with technical and project teams.<\/li>\n  \n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Required qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n  \n  <li>Strong knowledge of audiovisual integration in professional environments (videoconferencing, audio\/video distribution and capture, home automation, control systems).<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in audiovisual installation, technical support, and maintenance.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Strong service mindset, excellent client relationship skills, and ability to manage priorities.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Collaborative, rigorous, and methodical approach.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Proficiency with professional tools and equipment.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Ability to analyze and resolve technical incidents.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills in line with technological advancements.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>Valid driving license required.<\/li>\n  \n\n  \n  <li>A completed qualification in electrotechnics, audiovisual systems, or home automation is a strong asset.<\/li>\n  \n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III.
