CSR Committee
A committed Committee steering our social responsibility policy
Because the challenges linked to sustainability and a company’s social responsibility require genuine governance on a daily basis as well as over the long term, we created a CSR Committee within the company at the beginning of 2024.
Its role?
Working closely with Management, it defines the company’s CSR policy, sets the quantitative and qualitative objectives to be achieved, implements various actions and measures their results. The main focus areas include reducing our environmental footprint, employee well-being at work, ethics at the heart of our internal and external relationships, and a more responsible purchasing policy.

Vision 2027
In 2025, the implementation of our strategic plan for sustainability, “VISION 2027”, is coming to life through numerous initiatives covering these four areas.

The areas for improvement highlighted by ECOVADIS help us steer our future actions as we aim to reach the exclusive TOP 10% in 2026.
Assessing our CSR policy
With ECOVADIS
ECOVADIS is now the international benchmark rating agency for organisations’ CSR policies, with more than 130,000 companies and institutions assessed since its creation in 2007.
The themes covered include the environment, employee well-being at work and respect for human rights, ethics as a driver of relationships, and the societal commitment of partners throughout the supply chain.

During our second ECOVADIS assessment in October 2025, Hi Technologies obtained a score of 77/100, placing us in the 88th percentile. In other words, our social and environmental policy means that we are ranked among the top 12% of organisations most advanced on these topics among similarly sized organisations (25 to 100 employees) assessed by ECOVADIS.
Far from being an end in itself, this rating is for us a first milestone on the virtuous path towards sustainability.
