Hi Technologies was commissioned by Lombard Odier to integrate more than 186 audiovisual spaces in its new 1Roof headquarters in Bellevue (GE).
This large-scale project covered a wide range of rooms: 85 small rooms dedicated to quick meetings, 67 multipurpose rooms for client discussions, 27 large rooms for strategic meetings and hybrid events, as well as several specific areas such as the cafeteria, business centre and client lounges.
The main challenge was to guarantee a collaborative infrastructure that is consistent, intuitive and high-performing, regardless of the space used. All rooms thus provide a seamless experience for videoconferencing, content sharing and presentations.
Various pieces of equipment and components were custom-designed specifically for this project (speaker formats, mounts, etc.).
Extensive testing ensured audio, video and network quality, and each space was validated with Lombard Odier’s technical teams, including comprehensive and rigorous documentation management, essential for a project of this scale.
