Luxury watchmaking
Due to the strict confidentiality surrounding the luxury watchmaking sector, we unfortunately cannot name or show the many projects we have delivered for our clients in this field.
However, we are extremely proud to count among our loyal customers 8 of the world’s 10 largest luxury watch brands, most of whom have been working with us for more than 5 years.
This long-term collaboration reflects the trust they place not only in the quality of our installations, but also in our level of service, in particular our availability, responsiveness and premium support.
The projects presented on this page therefore only show part of our expertise and do not include our major installations for luxury watch clients, which are in reality some of the best examples of our know-how and exacting standards.

Some recent references
University of Lausanne (UNIL/IDHEAP)
UNIL entrusted Hi Technologies with the complete audiovisual integration of two major spaces within IDHEAP: the Learning Lab and the AULA.
The Learning Lab, delivered in 2021, offers an innovative teaching environment thanks to a 3600x2020mm AOTO LED wall with 1.5mm pitch, confidence monitors, AVer cameras and audio capture provided by Shure microphones and Bose loudspeakers. The room is controlled via a Crestron interface with NVX video distribution and an interactive lectern that simplifies the use of the LED wall.
Satisfied with this first installation, the University renewed its trust in us to modernise the AULA in summer 2024. An identical AOTO LED wall was installed on a custom-made structure ensuring perfect alignment. The space was also equipped with a complete Fohhn audio system, optimised on site to guarantee excellent speech intelligibility thanks to acoustic measurements and fine-tuning by a specialist technician.

University of Geneva (UNIGE)
In 2025, the University of Geneva (UNIGE) entrusted Hi Technologies with the upgrade of a large number of rooms and lecture halls across several sites. This project focused on the installation of complete audiovisual solutions for broadcasting, recording, videoconferencing and sound reinforcement.
In a few words:
- More than 50 modernised teaching spaces: 8 lecture halls, a reception hall and 41 classrooms spread over 5 university sites.
- Complete renewal of the audiovisual equipment, including all display, capture, control and audio/video processing systems.
- Full migration of the automation systems, replacing the former AMX solution with a centralised Extron infrastructure that is more powerful, consistent and scalable.
- Total redesign of display and sound systems: new projectors, 4K interactive displays, wall and ceiling speakers, audio DSP and amplification tailored to each space.

CICG – Domaine de la Pastorale
The conference centre at Domaine de la Pastorale offers an auditorium available for rental, requiring the possibility of fully custom configurations. On this site, our client chose a high-end audiovisual integration, with the aim of being able to offer many possible layouts and seating capacities (from 20 to 140 seats) according to their clients’ needs, while always maintaining an optimal AV configuration.
The installation includes advanced solutions for projection, video capture, sound reinforcement, conferencing, lighting, streaming and videoconferencing. Everything is centralised via unified control and a structured network, ensuring great flexibility and excellent quality for all uses.
Several audio and video connection points are available throughout the room, including some integrated into custom-made inter-table units designed by our teams, making it easy to distribute audio and video anywhere, whatever the configuration of the room.

International institution (confidential)
In 2023, Hi Technologies carried out the complete audiovisual integration of 95 meeting rooms of various sizes within an extremely tight schedule for an international institution. These spaces, ranging from small rooms for a few people to larger capacities, were all equipped for videoconferencing with Microsoft Teams solutions and BYOD compatibility.
Each room includes one or two displays, fully integrated videoconferencing systems and table microphones to ensure an optimal user experience.
The main challenge lay in the two-week execution window, achieved entirely by our in-house teams without subcontracting. To guarantee service continuity, a proactive maintenance contract with remote monitoring was put in place, enabling technical needs to be anticipated.

Multinational headquarters (confidential)
For the headquarters of a major international group (confidential), we delivered the full audiovisual installation of the building, covering a wide range of room types:
- A large 152-seat auditorium, fully equipped to host presentations, events and professional recordings. A dedicated control room manages projection, video follow-up, sound reinforcement and automation, while an adjacent broadcasting room provides a full studio for production and streaming.
- In parallel, six other rooms, including two large-capacity spaces, were equipped for videoconferencing with multiple operating modes.
- We also deployed more than 100 collaborative rooms across several floors, as well as two additional larger spaces.
- The boardroom benefits from an intelligent multi-camera system with “tracking” and “presenter” modes.
- A modular conference centre is also fitted with high-end audio, video (LED wall and confidence monitors), control and videoconferencing solutions.
- Finally, the reception hall features a dynamic video wall.

Lombard Odier & Co Bank
Hi Technologies was commissioned by Lombard Odier to integrate more than 186 audiovisual spaces in its new 1Roof headquarters in Bellevue (GE).
This large-scale project covered a wide range of rooms: 85 small rooms dedicated to quick meetings, 67 multipurpose rooms for client discussions, 27 large rooms for strategic meetings and hybrid events, as well as several specific areas such as the cafeteria, business centre and client lounges.
The main challenge was to guarantee a collaborative infrastructure that is consistent, intuitive and high-performing, regardless of the space used. All rooms thus provide a seamless experience for videoconferencing, content sharing and presentations.
Various pieces of equipment and components were custom-designed specifically for this project (speaker formats, mounts, etc.).
Extensive testing ensured audio, video and network quality, and each space was validated with Lombard Odier’s technical teams, including comprehensive and rigorous documentation management, essential for a project of this scale.

Geneva University Hospitals (HUG)
Hi Technologies has been supporting the Geneva University Hospitals for several years in the deployment of their audiovisual and videoconferencing solutions across multiple sites.
Among the many projects delivered are various conference rooms (ENT, Radiology, Cardiology), the main building’s Commission room, the Tumor Board, two rooms in the MEA cluster as well as numerous mobile trolleys used in more than 40 doctors’ offices to ensure maximum flexibility in videoconferencing.
The installations cover a wide variety of needs: AVoIP distribution, sound reinforcement, ceiling microphones, large-format displays, PTZ cameras, touch panel control systems and complete videoconferencing solutions.
Some rooms are also equipped with specific systems such as multiple projectors, live video feeds or advanced audio processing, perfectly tailored to demanding professional and medical use cases.

EMEA headquarters and European branches (confidential)
Hi Technologies delivered a complete audiovisual modernisation across many areas for this leading medical technology company, mainly at its EMEA headquarters near Geneva and on several European sites. Our work included a full redesign of an auditorium and the refurbishment of a boardroom. Two large divisible rooms were also integrated, offering flexible layouts suited to collaborative use.
Four medium-sized meeting rooms were also deployed, including one equipped with a motorised lift system to conceal the display when not in use.
In addition to the main installation, Hi Technologies intervened in several countries — including Belgium, Austria, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands and Denmark — to create or upgrade further rooms.
Finally, temporary AV rental solutions were provided to support the company’s occasional needs for internal and external events.

Médecins Sans Frontières International
In 2022, the NGO Médecins Sans Frontières entrusted Hi Technologies with the complete audiovisual integration of its new international headquarters in Geneva. Within the building, we equipped more than 80 meeting rooms of various sizes.
We also fitted out the open collaborative Agora space and two divisible rooms, ensuring modularity, interactivity and optimal AV quality for all uses.
The AGOK room deserves a special mention: a large, divisible multipurpose conference room used for press conferences, seminars and internal events. The installation includes multi-beam Panasonic projection, video capture via Panasonic PTZ cameras, audio matrixing with Crestron NVX, wireless connectivity with Barco ClickShare and Microsoft Teams videoconferencing. Sound reinforcement relies on Bose and Sennheiser solutions, while conferencing is handled by Televic systems with multilingual interpretation booths. Overall control is provided by Crestron processors and touch panels as well as an Apple iPad, including control of lighting and blinds.
