Hi Technologies awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal in 2025: a growing and recognised CSR commitment.

We are pleased to announce that our company has been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal this year, achieving a score that places us in the 88th percentile — among the top 12% of the highest-rated organisations in our category (25 to 100 employees), in Switzerland and across Western economies.

This distinction represents far more than a simple label for us: it reflects a dynamic of continuous improvement and a strong commitment to a demanding and sustainable CSR approach.

EcoVadis: far more than environmental performance

When EcoVadis is mentioned, many people immediately think of the environmental dimension — carbon footprint reduction, waste management, energy optimisation…
While these aspects are essential, they represent only one of the four pillars assessed by the platform.

EcoVadis analyses the overall performance of organisations across four key themes:

• Sustainable Procurement

This comprehensive approach provides a clear and balanced view of a company’s internal practices.

An assessment based on tangible evidence

From employee wellbeing and safety to data protection and anti-corruption practices, as well as the responsible management of our supply chain, the assessment covers a very broad scope.

What sets EcoVadis apart is that the analysis is based exclusively on evidence, not on simple commitments or statements of intent.
We are therefore audited on:

• our formal policies,
• the actions actually implemented,
• and the KPIs used to measure their effectiveness.

This level of rigour provides valuable transparency for our stakeholders — particularly our clients — who can be confident that our commercial and technical performance goes hand in hand with a genuine sense of responsibility.

One milestone among many in our sustainability journey

The Silver Medal is a strong validation of our efforts, but it also serves as additional motivation to go even further.
We remain firmly committed to our CSR objectives, convinced that economic performance and positive impact can — and must — progress together.
